Fair enough with charging the drunk guy....but what about charging the kids int he suburban with assault?

I don't know that paintballs can be legally classified as weapons. Could someone be charged with assault for throwing a tennis ball at your car from someone elses?

However, stupid people in large groups doing stupid things to OTHER stupid people are just BEGGING for Excrutiating Pain and/or a thorough cleansing from the gene pool. ALL of these idiots got at least some of that.
