Can a concept exist without words to describe it?

Can a concept exist without words to describe it?

I say yes. This is slightly off-topic from the article, but consider this. When a child looses a parent, they are called an orphan. When a wife looses a husband, she is called a widow. When a husband looses a wife, he is called a widower. However, there is no word for when a parent looses a child. So, I think as a concept, yes, we can have things that you can not describe with words, but they are real.
