Well, let me tell you something: dogs + soybeans = bad idea.

Ok, the background is that Ruby (the hairy one) has been suffering from allergic hives on and off since we moved here. D's been doing research on food allergies in dogs and decided to put both the girls on super hypo-allergenic diets. Last week their dinner consisted of cottage cheese, brown rice, steamed veggies, vitamins, spirulina and other supplements...

This week it WAS going to be soy beans instead of cottage cheese.....

Except that the beagle woke up at 3 am busting for a poo...so busting she didn't make it outside. (poo stories....you love...) Nice one!

The good thing (bad thing) is that I was already awake since I've been up all night with my insomnia and horrendous shoulder/back pain. Nice one!

So, we're all staying home today and watching bad daytime tv, looking at houses on the internet, and generally feeling sorry for ourselves....
